Children's MinistryGod Loves Children--And So Do We!Children are a vital part of our church family. They worship, serve, pray, learn and grow in faith side-by-side with adults. Because we are a multi-cultural fellowship, they make friends from many cultures and discover how God is working all around the world. A team of loving, dedicated adults invest in young people's lives every week. Weekly programs for children include:
Sunday School: On Sunday mornings, children up through elementary school enjoy weekly age-appropriate classes with bible lessons, singing, and fun, while learning to pray for each other and the world. Jr. high students have Sunday school the first two Sundays of each month, with the option on the last two Sundays of either attending the main worship service or serving as helpers in children's ministry. Once each quarter we have a multi-generational worship service that includes all the children.
Children are Special in the Eyes of GodChildren are a vital part of our church family. They worship, serve, pray, learn and grow in faith side-by-side with adults.
On Sunday, children remain with their parents during the first portion of our time together. Staff are available, however, to care for pre-schoolers in the nursery. About 15-20 minutes into the service (after a time of worship), younger children are dismissed together with their teachers. Age-related Sunday School classes are held as follows:
